Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Ecosphere Stationery, we aim to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below to understand your rights.


Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mail.ecosphere@gmail.com. The return package should be sent to the following address:

Upon return acceptance, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • If your country of residence is outside India, the shipping of your returned goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was received. We will work quickly to resolve any issues.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items)
  • Customized products (including personalized stationery)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, first return the original product. Once the return is accepted, a new order can be placed for the desired item.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at mail.ecosphere@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to follow our return process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
